General Manager – India
Rachit Garg joined Ferring as General Manager, India effective August 2025. He brings over 25 years of experience in leading and delivering strategic initiatives across pharma, healthcare, IT, and financial services industries.
Rachit has prior experience with IQVIA as Sr Principal and Lead – Contract Sales and Medical Solutions (CSMS). He held various pivotal positions over 15 years in Janssen Pharmaceuticals (Johnson & Johnson Pvt. Ltd.) leading business strategy & transformation, key portfolios such as established products, metabolic, dermatology, oncology & nephrology, and commercial excellence spanning his tenure. He also brings in strong BD acumen across his career with Pfizer and then Johnson & Johnson.
Rachit is known for his vision and expertise in managing large P&L responsibilities, business development to augment product pipelines and initiatives in digital and analytics to create industry leading platforms. With a background in Technology from IIT Mumbai and Masters in Business Administration from IIM Lucknow, he possesses a dynamic blend of strategy and commercial acumen.
