Kruti Shah has joined Ferring in May 2023 as Director, Legal and Compliance.
She is responsible for all activities in legal and compliance related to Company’s operations in India.
She has over 15 years’ experience as an in-house lawyer. She has worked with various multinational organizations in the pharmaceutical and FMCG industry, namely, MSD, Galderma, Boehringer Ingelheim, and Hindustan Unilever etc.
She holds a master’s degree in Corporate Law from National Law University Bangalore, India and bachelor’s degree in Law from Government Law College, Mumbai, India and she is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional-Europe/Asia.
