Director Medical Affairs
Dr.Sudhanshu Pandey serves as the primary country level Scientific Director in India. He develops and drives the medical/clinical strategy for India. He is responsible for creating and maintaining a high-performing and highly compliant team across all product portfolios of the organization.
Sudhanshu joined Ferring on 13th December 2021, as a Director Medical Affairs and has been key in engaging internal and external stakeholders in supporting the scientific activities of global products, and, initiated educational scientific programs like ICCS certification for nocturnal enuresis in India, Treat-to-Target initiative in IBD management, engagement of experts in regional and global educational initiatives for Prostate cancer and established Ferring’s image as a scientific partner in India.
Sudhanshu began his corporate career in 2004 and has worked in Clinical Research & Medical Affairs roles of progressively increasing responsibility at both Indian & Multinational companies. Over this period, he has also led the medical team in cross-functional initiatives with marketing across various therapeutic areas, like cardiovascular, vaccines, Reproductive medicine, Uro-Oncology and Gastroenterology.
Sudhanshu completed his MD in Pharmacology from All India Institute of Medical Sciences, and M.B.B.S from LLRM Medical College. He has also completed a certification program in Pharmaceutical Medicine.
