Ruta is an enterprising HR Leader with 20 years rich experience in the gamut of Human Resources. Her career spans primarily across Pharmaceutical, Spirits, and Healthcare Industries. Ruta brings in proven expertise in Strategic Human Resource Management, Business Partnering, Talent Management, Leadership Development and Employee Experience.

At Ferring, Ruta is responsible for leading the execution of Ferring Global People Strategy as a part of the Ferring India Leadership team and an active partner to build a sustainable and future ready organization to meet Ferring India’s aspirations.

Prior to joining Ferring, Ruta was associated with Teva Pharmaceuticals as Director HR where she worked extensively to shape people strategy and policies to support business growth and was instrumental in driving key initiatives around leadership & capability development and employee wellbeing. Earlier in her career, she has worked with companies such as Bristol-Myers Squibb, Merck Sharpe & Dohme (MSD) and Allied Blenders & Distilleries Pvt. Ltd.

Creative at heart, Ruta pursues art and music outside of work. She is passionate about driving change and transformation through innovative people practices.
