Today, we offer all Ferring parents two weeks of parental leave to spend critical quality time with your growing family and to adjust to life with a new child.
Adoption Policy
At Ferring, we know that adoption is a gift for so many families and we are proud to support our people on their journey to parenthood — no matter their path. Today, we offer all Ferring parents four weeks of adoption leave to spend critical quality time with your growing family and to adjust to life with a new child. Ferring’s also provides financial assistance up to INR 1,00,000 toward adoption-related expenses.
